We are sisters and we are obsessed with making things.

Our love of creating was passed down to us by our parents. Since we come from a line of makers, we wanted our studio name to pay homage to our Justus family roots.

All of our pieces are hand built from slabs of clay we roll out on our slab roller. We love this technique for the textures it enables, and the hand artistry involved.

This is our kiln, Rhoda. She works hard.

Rhoda was named after our dad’s aunt who took care of our dad while his mom, our grandma, was quarantined in the hospital for polio.

We love remembering Rhoda each time we fire this lady up.
